Kim has been painting for over ten years, studying with the Kat Jens’ painting group at the Tress Street Studio.

Kim loves working with acrylic paints and has developed great skills in using palette knives and tissue papers to create thick textural finishes. Kim uses earthy colours counterpointed with brilliant reds and oranges creating exciting and exhilarating works flowing from her own imagination.

Kim paints freely, letting her work evolve from within her.This is Kim’s preferred way of painting.

Kim’s particular passion is to paint exotically coloured poppies and tulips, producing exquisite paintings that sell widely.
